Point of Peripheral Memory Culture Museum in Maceió (AL), held its first Tea Memory between 24 and 27 February. The teas will be held in four centers of communities that make up the museum: Jacintinho, Vergel, Emater Village Fishermen’s Village and the Jaragua. On occasion, a wheel is formed in which residents and local artists share their stories, memories, photos and objects relating to the formation of the district, with cut manifestations of local culture: Hip Hop, Bumbás, Coco de Roda, Warrior and Capoeira. According to the museum’s management council, the action, part of the inventory process participatory, aims to strengthen community participation in development from the point of memory.
